MyEoffering Update Outline

Dear myEoffering customer: Network changes and updates have affected your myEoffering donations. MyEoffering has informed all partners of the following changes necessary to reinstitute its complete usage. Note: Only ACH/Direct deposit is currently functional, until we get authorization from the bank, no credit cards can be processed at this time. Credit card functionality should be operational in 1-2 business days. On June 8th myEoffering underwent an upgrade to product functionality and server size. This process created a software compatibility issue that required the myEoffering to temporarily freeze its regularly scheduled transactions. Issues arising from the update:

  • Unable to make scheduled transactions from June 8thto July 9th
  • Due to donor encryptions we are unable to automatically process scheduled transactions.
  • Previous users must sign in and create their giving frequency.
Steps for new members to sign up for myEoffering (this is if they didn’t have an account previously):
  1. Go to
  2. Click the “Register” button
  3. Follow instructions on screen

  Steps for members to recreate their donations:

  1. Go to
  2. Click “Forgot Password?” in the top right
  3. Follow instructions to reset password
  4. Sign in and follow instructions for setting up a “wallet” and new recurring donation
